Orders · 下单

An order is placed when you submit it and we accept it. We may call the mobile number you give us to confirm. If an item sells out we will contact you to swap or refund it. 提交订单并由我们接受后订单成立。我们可能致电确认。菜品售罄时会联系你更换或退款。

Prices & payment · 价格与支付

All prices are in NZD and include GST. Payment is taken at the time you place the order. 所有价格以纽币计价并含 GST。下单时即完成收款。

Pickup · 自取

Pickup is at the counter inside Basics Asian Supermarket, 8 Brake St, Church Corner. Please give the time shown on your order confirmation. 自取地点为 8 Brake St 大华超市内的柜台，请按订单确认上的时间前往。

Delivery · 配送

Delivery is provided by our delivery partner (Uber) and the delivery fee is quoted live at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the driver and traffic. 配送由合作方（Uber）提供，运费在结账时实时报价。送达时间为预估，受司机与路况影响。

Changes & cancellations · 更改与取消

Because food is cooked to order, please call 03-3412299 as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Once cooking has started we may not be able to cancel. 菜品现点现做，如需更改或取消请尽快致电。开始制作后可能无法取消。

Allergens · 过敏原

Our kitchen handles nuts, shellfish, eggs, gluten, soy and sesame. Please tell us about any allergy before ordering. 厨房接触坚果、贝类、蛋、麸质、大豆与芝麻，如有过敏请在下单前告知。
